About This Club
In The Agent Manga Club, when you become a member you can work together with many other members to create a manga. This club is all about teamwork and it takes teamwork to create the manga. You can help the club out in many ways. You can come up with the story ideas, help with drawing and coloring, create things for people to say, or you could do anything you want. There are no boundries really of what you can't do. Although, there are a set of rules if you wish to be in this club.



How To Join
If you would like to join this club, please DeviantWatch us and make sure to check the journal box when you add us. We will have updates and you will need to be notified to recieve them, that is why we recommend that you check the box.



Joining Our Forum
Our club is grateful enough to have its own forum ([link]). In order to post messages in the forum you will have to create an account. When creating the account, make sure to use your DeviantART screen name, that way it is easier for people to identify you. In this forum, you are able to make suggestions for the manga, chat with other members, play fun in-forum games, enter contests, and simply have a fun time. The forum is a great way to connect the club together; so again it is highly recommended that you join.



Rules And Guildlines
In order to be in this club, you will have to follow the set of rules listed below. If you break any rules you will face punishment. The punishment can range from getting a warning to getting kicked out of the club or banned from DeviantART. The people determining your punishment are the administrators of this club, if you break a major rule you will deal with the administrators of DeviantART, not just this clubs administrators. So please be careful of what you do.

Club, Forum, And Chatroom Rules:
No spamming.
No flaming.
No illegal activity.
Try not to post a thread with the same/similar discussion.
Watch us on DeviantART.
Be active, or try to.
No use of innapropriate language
No descrimination is allowed.
No harassment or threatening.
Don't bug the administrators about being promoted.
No fighting. Only friendly arguments are allowed.
Don't give out too much information about yourself.
Think before you write something.
Don't critize someone's thoughts.
Try your best to stay on topic.
Don't use any of the places for internet dating, or cybering.
No tagging.
No racist or deragatory comments about a person based on age, race, sexuality, or country of orgin.



Creating A Character
You can create a character for the manga. The character can be made any way you perfer; hand drawn, computer made, made in MS Paint , ect. Although, this character that you make has to be completely your own work. You may not copy other peoples artwork, use any characters from televison shows or other mangas, and may not trace. If your character is found copied, then your character will not be in the manga and will be deleted off this club. If it happens more than once, you punishment will be determined by the administrators. Also, when creating a character you will have to fill out the character form, which is found below. This character forms tells the members and administrators who your character is. It is just a little way of people knowing more about your character. For your character to be placed in the manga, you will have to fill out this form. Also, make sure to post your character as a deviation first and then send out club a note containing the link to the deviation and the character form.

About Our Chatroom
Yes, we do have a chatroom. Although not many people have been active in it lately, it is a great place for people to talk with other members. Every once in a while we try to schedule a club meeting in it. So if you want to come to it, just click this link, ([link]). Make sure to follow the chatroom rules, or punishments will be enforced.

How To Advertise Us
Our club needs all the help it can get to become known. If you want to show your Agent Manga Club pride, just put a link to our club in your signature. There are several ways you can do this.

Avatar Linking:
:icon"username": will display the members avatar as a link to their page. Remember, however, that the limit for posting blocks of avatars is sixty four, and this will not work in signatures. Contest Being Hosted

Emblem/Logo Contest
Description:
Design an emblem for the A.G.E.N.T. organization. This emblem will be used for the A.G.E.N.T. Organization in the manga and for our club logo. Pretty much it is a club logo and a bagde for the agents.

Why Must Have A Logo:
So we can show are AgentMangaClub pride! That, and it shows all of our individual talents.

Rules:
1) You may post as many logos as you want.
2) You must be original, no tracing or stealing someone elses work.
3) Most likely if you color it you will have a better chance to win.
4) Can be done on the computer or hand drawn and colored.
5) When completed, post it as a deviation on your account then send the
AgentMangaClub a note with a link to it (Just liked you did when you posted your character for the manga).

Prizes For First Place:
-A deviation dedicated from xXPunkgothluvXx.
-Bragging rights.
-Logo to appear as a banner and logo for the forum and organization.
-Will appear in the clubs journal as the winner.
-Will appear in the clubs forum as teh winner.

Contest Ends:
September 15th. Also, the Administrators will get to pick the winner. But we will post a poll of who you might think will win this contest.


Cover Contest
Description:
For this contest, you are to design a colorful cover for the Agent manga.

Rules:
1) No tracing, all original work.
2) Must be colorful.
3) No copying other people's ideas.
4) Must be done in the size of computer paper.
5) Have fun!
6) Only one winner will be chosen. Members get to choose the winner in a poll.
7) Only can vote once.

Prizes For First Place:
-Will have their design be the main cover for the manga.
-Winner will be posted in the club's journal.
-Deviation dedicated from xXPunkgothluvXx.
-Winner will be posted in forum.
-Get to brag about winning.

UPDATES!!!
Thursday, July 20th, 2006- Edited forum and clubs journal.
Thursday, July 28th, 2006- The chatroom meeting for August 4th, 5th, and 6th has been cancelled. Also I, xXPunkgothluvXx, might not be able to attend this weekend's meeting due to having to go to my fathers house. Sorry.
Saturday, August 26th, 2006- Because of the lack of people in the chatroom, I decided to only to have chatroom meetings on Sundays. So now the meetings will only be on every Sunday at 10PM Eastern time. Also, I will be making some forum changes in the next two weeks. Please people... We really need some more entries for our two contest. I have extended the contest several times and no one has entered it. Please! Someone enter it!
